Shipping & Processing: All products are handcrafted and packaged with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Orders are shipped via USPS or comparable carriers, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

During warmer months, natural body butters may soften or melt in transit. This does not affect product quality and is not considered damage.

Returns: Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
