Hi, I’m Alicia Ruidiaz, a Reiki Master, sound healer, and the founder of Rising Roots Healing. My journey into this work began with a deep inner knowing and a pull toward something beyond words. Over time, I discovered that energy is our first native language. Long before we could speak, we were beings who felt. This is where true healing begins. 

 As I moved through my own journey of reconnection—navigating loss, shifts in identity, and moments of deep reflection—I continually returned to nature. Observing trees rise from their roots reminded me that, like them, we, too, must be grounded to grow. This simple truth became the heart of my practice.  

At Rising Roots Healing, I offer a space for you to reconnect with yourself. Through Reiki and sound healing tuned to 432 Hz, I help individuals release what feels heavy, restore balance, and rise into clarity, lightness, and joy. Whether you feel stuck, are undergoing a transition, or are simply seeking a deeper connection to your spirit, you are welcomed exactly as you are.  

This work is intuitive, soulful, and authentic. It’s about remembering who you truly are beneath the noise and feeling safe enough to expand. Healing isn’t just about fixing what’s broken; it’s about reclaiming your energy, your rhythm, and your inner truth.
